Colonial Tea Room, New Castle, Delaware,postcard front. Building erected in 1802 for William Janvier. Mary L. G. and J. Marshall Burris, proprietors. Opposite Old Court House, New Castle, Delaware. The building is still in existance but is currently a private dwelling, but contemporary tea rooms are located in other old buildings of this era in the same historic district.
