The Taltos Fortune Telling Cup was offered as a premium to those whose letters of comment were published in Women's Own magazine in the 1970s. This cup is accompanied by te letter informing the recipient of the prize she has won.
Although it is quite modern in its straight-sided shape, the Jon Anton Taltos cup is a literal copy of the Nelros Cup of fortune designed by Neville Ross in 1904.
