It is a traditional symbol cup and saucer set marketed with a substantial instruction booklet, "The Psychic Cup: Answer Life's Questions by Reading Tea Leaves." The designer was Kim Allen, an astrologer and professional psychic in New York City; the manufacturer was Andrews McMeel Publishing.
