Florence Baxter designed a fortune telling caup with witches on broom sticks around the exterior of the cup. She also taught over-glazing pottery painting techniques to indivuals during the 1920s; one of these people was Maude Brundage. Florence Baxter generally worked on blanks manufactured and backstamped as Petersyn, Austria -- but not all pieces were thus marked.
